Online store: Visit www.aloepluslanzarote.com and follow the purchase process. Several payment options are available.
Email: Send an email to info@aloepluslanzarote.com with the desired products and shipping details (name, address, and phone number). In this case, payment is only possible via bank transfer.
Telephone: Call +34 928 59 73 21 or send a WhatsApp message to +34 685 44 98 88 to make your order. Payment is also made exclusively via bank transfer for this method.

1.2 Is it necessary to register to make an order?

It is not mandatory. You can make an order as a guest without creating an account. However, if you register, your data will be saved to facilitate future orders.

1.3 What should I do if I don’t receive a confirmation email?

Check your spam folder or contact us at info@aloepluslanzarote.com to confirm the status of your order.

1.4 Is there a minimum order amount?

There is no minimum amount to do an order. However, for orders that reach a minimum quantity, you can enjoy:

1.6 How can I purchase a Gift Card?

Gift cards are not compatible with the purchase of other products. Therefore, to acquire one, you must place an order exclusively for it. They are valid only in the online store and you can purchase them here.

1.7 How do I use a Gift Card?

Choose the Gift Card option as the payment method when your going to make the order. If the order amount is higher than the value of the card, you can pay the remain with another method. If it is lower, the pending balance will be available for future purchases.

2.1 I made a mistake or want to cancel my order, what do I do?

It is not possible to modify an order once made, so it will be necessary to cancel it and make a new one.

2.2 What do I do if my order arrives incomplete or incorrect?

If you receive an incomplete or incorrect order, please complete the following form and we will resolve the issue immediately.

If your order arrives damaged, complete the following form and we will provide you with a solution.

2.4 Can I track my order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and a tracking number.
In some cases, this information is not generated automatically; in that case, we will send it to you manually by email.

2.5 What happens to my order after it leaves Lanzarote?

All our orders are prepared in Lanzarote (Canary Islands) and sent by air to Madrid.
From there, they are distributed by land transport to various destinations in Europe.
Please note that, for this reason, the delivery time may be slightly longer than for a shipment made directly from mainland Spain.

4. Shipping and Returns

4.1 Which countries do you ship to?

The countries we ship to are the following: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

4.2 What are the shipping costs?

If the minimum order is not met, shipping costs will depend on the destination country.

4.3 How long will my order take to arrive?

All our orders are shipped using the following carriers:

SEUR (Spain)
DPD (rest of Europe)
DHL Express (international express service, excluding Spain and Portugal)

Delivery times depend on the destination and the selected shipping method. Below are the estimated delivery times:

Standard shipping (DPD)

Canary Islands: 2–3 business days
Mainland Spain: 4–5 business days
Rest of Europe: 7–8 business days

Express shipping (DHL)*

Europe: 4–5 business days

*Shipping via DHL Express is not available for deliveries to Spain or Portugal, or for orders containing products classified as dangerous goods.

If there are delivery delays due to reasons beyond the control of ALOE PLUS LANZAROTE S.L., the customer will be informed as soon as possible once we become aware of the delay.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by force majeure or external logistical incidents.

4.4. Do I have to pay customs taxes in my country?

Only in some countries outside the European Union may it be necessary to pay taxes or customs fees to receive the order.
We do not apply these taxes at the time of purchase, as they depend exclusively on the regulations of each country.

Currently, this may happen to shipments made to Switzerland, Norway, the United Kingdom, and Heligoland (Germany).

6.1 Are the products suitable for vegans?

At Aloe Plus Lanzarote, we are committed to healthy and natural cosmetics. The vast majority of our catalog is formulated mostly with natural ingredients of plant and mineral origin, making them suitable for vegans, even if they do not hold an official certificate. However, some of our references may contain ingredients of animal origin (such as beeswax, snail slime, or derivatives), and therefore would not be considered vegan.

It is worth noting that our aloe vera juice is 100% plant-based and, furthermore, we maintain a firm commitment to animal welfare: none of our products are tested on animals.

6.2 Are the products natural?

At Aloe Plus Lanzarote, we create cosmetics based mainly on natural ingredients, such as pure locally grown aloe vera, sea salt, or volcanic ash from Lanzarote.

To guarantee the stability, preservation, and safety of the formula, some products may include ingredients of synthetic origin, always respecting skin health and the environment. In this sense, we guarantee maximum safety by strictly complying with Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009, using only authorized ingredients that ensure the protection of your skin.

6.3 How do your products differ from other aloe vera brands?
