") are governed by the conditions described below. The purchase of products through aloepluslanzarote.es implies the full acceptance and without reservations by the user of the following conditions of purchase. These Conditions do not cover the sale of our Products by third parties outside the Website.

1. Information about products and modification of offers
ALOE PLUS LANZAROTE S.L. can modify at any time the conditions or offers published on its website (prices, products, promotions, and other commercial and service conditions).
But the modifications will not affect, in any case, the purchases already made by our users.
The names and brands of products and manufacturers are used only for identification purposes.
All photos, descriptions and prices are not contractual.
Special offers, promotions or discounts will be valid until the indicated date or until the end of the indicated number of stocks. As well as the prices indicated at the time of consulting the website.
2.How can I buy on the web?
The purchase of our products by the user is carried out and perfected by following the purchase procedure described in this section. When purchasing our products, you agree that communications with ALOE PLUS LANZAROTE S.L. are mainly by electronic means.

3. Price of the products. Taxes and customs
Product prices and taxes
The price that appears indicated at all times next to our products includes added taxes (Spanish VAT).
If there is a typographical error in any of the prices shown and if any user had made a purchase decision based on that error, we will notify you of this incident immediately and the users will have the right to rescind their purchase without any cost on their part.
The price of the product does not include the shipping and transportation costs that will be indicated at the time of placing the order.
For shipments to the Canary Islands:
Since the tax applied in the Canary Islands is IGIC and not VAT, when the customer has added the products to the cart and indicates a Canarian address, the total amount will automatically be recalculated and the corresponding IGIC will be applied.
For shipments to third countries (Andorra, Vatican City, Faroe Islands and Greenland (Denmark), Ceuta,
Melilla, Aland Islands (Finland), Gibraltar, Iceland, Lichtenstein,
Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, Channel Islands and Isle of
Man (United Kingdom), San Marino, Switzerland, Ukraine):
In these destinations, as they are considered third countries because there are customs at the entrance, VAT will not be applied. Therefore, when the customer has added the products to the cart and indicates an address in any of the destinations mentioned above, the total amount will automatically be recalculated and the VAT that is being applied will be eliminated.
For shipments to other European countries:
For sales made to different European countries of VAT application, the tax to be applied will be that of the country of origin (in our case, Spanish VAT already included in the prices of the products) until the sales volume of the company, with the country destination of the purchase, exceed the thresholds established by each country. From that moment, our system will recalculate the prices and the sales of those countries will be subject to VAT from the country of destination (the country to which your purchase will be sent as a customer).
It is important to know that the Canary Islands, despite being part of Spain, have a different tax regime. This makes it a third country which, at the entry and exit of merchandise, generates customs expenses.
These expenses are included in all our shipments.
IMPORTANT: The possible customs expenses generated in destination countries that are also considered third countries, will not be borne by Aloe Plus Lanzarote.

4. What are the shipping and transport conditions?
4.a) Where do we ship?
We ship to the Canary Islands, the peninsula and Europe.
4.b) In what term will you receive your order?
All our orders will be sent through the transport company SEUR (Spain) and DPD (rest Europe).
The delivery time is:
Canary Islands 2 business days
Peninsula 4 to 5 business days
Europe 7 to 8 business days
These terms are indicative and ALOE PLUS LANZAROTE S.L. reserves the right to delay them for reasons unrelated to the company. In any case, we will always try to shorten delivery times to the maximum in order to ensure fast and efficient receipt of orders.
The deadlines agreed for the delivery of the product are understood without prejudice to the delays that may be caused by force majeure.
4.c) What do I have to do in case of delay or error in shipping or delivery?
In case of delay, error in the delivery or lost product, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. ALOE PLUS LANZAROTE S.L. will contact the logistics company to initiate an investigation and sort out the incident as soon as possible. We will make all the efforts that are within our reach, during the necessary time and in the maximum term of 24 hours we will contact the user and we will give him/ her a solution or we will send him/ her a new identical package without costs.
The user will have the right to terminate the contract and to pay the amount of the product and the shipment if we do not deliver within the agreed period and the conditions established in article 66.bis of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
4.d) What is the amount of shipping costs?
The amount of shipping costs is indicated separately at the time of placing the order and must be accepted by the user before making the payment.

The delivery will be made through the transport companies offered by ALOE PLUS LANZAROTE S.L.
If the user is absent at the time of delivery of the order, the transport company will contact him/ her to arrange a new delivery.

Payment must be made before sending your order. Once we have received the amount in our bank account, the products will be sent to you.
5.d) How do I pay through Bizum?
BIZUM is a new secure payment method to buy online without using a card, just by typing in your phone and the Bizum password.
1. Look for the Bizum button under "payment method" within the purchase process.
2. Choose the option to pay with Bizum.
3. A payment gateway will open where you must enter your phone number and the BIZUM password.
Note: If you still don't have your BIZUM password, you can request it in your bank's APP.

6. How are the bills?

7.a) How long do I have to cancel the purchase or to decide to return a product?

ALOE PLUS LANZAROTE S.L. will refund the amount of the product using the same means of payment used by you at the time of purchase, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will not incur in any expenses as a consequence of the refund within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date on which you informed us of the withdrawal.
In the event that the order has been delivered we can retain the refund until we have received the products, or until you submit proof of the return of the same. When returning a "Product", we recommend that you obtain proof of shipment of it.
For the return of the product it is necessary that it has not been used and keep its seal or
original packaging intact. We will not accept packs in which any type of sticker, adhesive paper or similar has been stuck by the user. We reserve the right to refuse a full refund, if the returned "Product" has suffered damage.
If the return occurs because the user considers that the "Product" is defective and wishes the refund of the amount paid, also has fourteen business days for its return from the receipt of the product. The return in this way does not limit the rights that can assist you
compliance with the product guarantee established by the regulations of consumers and users.
8. Legal guarantee
The products sold by ALOE PLUS LANZAROTE S.L. are covered by the legal guarantee of 2 years from the delivery of the new products by the seller, in accordance with the provisions of the regulations of consumers and users.
We do not cover defects caused by misuse, negligence or improper handling. The "Products" sold on our Website are intended solely for the use described in the specifications of each product.

11. Cause of force majeure
ALOE PLUS LANZAROTE S.L. will not be responsible for any breach or delay in the fulfillment of any of the assumed obligations, when the same is due to events that are beyond our reasonable control ("Cause of Force Majeure").
Causes of Force Majeure will include any act, event, lack of exercise, omission or
accident that is beyond our reasonable control as a) Strikes, lockouts or other protest measures; b) Civil commotion, revolt, invasion, threat or terrorist attack, war (declared or not) or threat or war preparations; c) Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or any other natural disaster; d) Impossibility of use of means of transport; Impossibility of the use of telecommunications systems; and e) Acts, regulations or governmental restrictions.
The obligations arising from these conditions will be suspended during the period of
Cause of Force Majeure and the deadline to comply with these obligations for a period of time equal to the duration of the Force Majeure Event will be extended and we will use all reasonable means to end the Cause of Force Majeure or find a solution that allows us to comply with our obligations despite the Cause of Force Majeure.
12. Partial invalidity
If any of these General Conditions are declared null and void by a final decision issued by a competent authority, the remaining terms and conditions will remain in force, without being affected by said declaration of nullity.
13. Applicable legislation and competent courts
Contracts for the purchase of Products through our Website and disputes or claims arising from them or that relate to their purpose or celebration (including litigation or non-contractual claims) shall be governed by Spanish law.
Any controversy that arises or relates to the use of the website or with said products will be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts and tribunals of the province of Las Palmas.
