My trajectory at Aloe Plus Lanzarote began in 2010, right after finishing my studies. At that time, there were very few of us on the team, and everyone did a bit of everything. My first steps were as a warehouse assistant and delivery driver. That stage was key to understanding the value of every task, no matter how small it might seem.

I remember well how we started: our first productions of aloe juice were completely artisanal. Everything was done by hand, from harvesting the leaf to washing and cutting it. We worked in a small workshop in Punta Mujeres, with very limited space and means, but with a lot of enthusiasm.

Over time, the company grew, became more professional, and created new departments. This evolution gave me the opportunity to carry out different roles: from salesman and factory operator to farm operator; experiences that allowed me to closely understand each process, value the work of every person, and acquire a global knowledge of the entire chain.

During these years, I have also continued my training, taking various technical courses related to our processes, which has allowed me to specialize in different key areas. This education has been essential for taking on new responsibilities and approaching each stage of production with rigor.

Today, I am responsible for the production area and the management of our four organic aloe vera farms. I am in charge of supervising both the leaf processing and the formulation of our cosmetics, as well as coordinating the quality, safety, and traceability protocols to which we subject every phase of our work, along with ICCA organic product certifications and the ISO 9001 standard.

Although we currently have a modern production plant equipped with specialized machinery to optimize time and effort, we continue to preserve the artisanal essence that defines us, because that balance between tradition and continuous improvement is part of our identity.

I am proud to be part of a team that never settles. The R&D department continues to develop new ideas, products, and solutions to meet our customers' needs without losing sight of who we are.

For me, it has been and continues to be a source of great satisfaction to see how the company has grown and to find that the desire to improve and keep learning is just as alive as it was on day one.
